We are pleased to provide answers to the most commonly asked questions about our Flash Sale deals.  If you have a question that is not answered here, please feel free to contact us.

Booking

You can secure extra nights at the same price by purchasing additional Flash Sales deals.  If there are no more deals available, please contact us and request a quotation for additional nights.  We will give you the best rate available at that time.

Once a voucher has been redeemed and a booking made, one amendment to arrival date is permitted free of charge provided the change is made at least 65 days prior to arrival date. All amendments within 65 days prior to arrival date are subject to a AUD50 per booking amendment fee plus any additional fees charged by the Third Party Travel Provider.

In order to determine whether a specific travel date is available, you must first purchase your Flash Sale deal and submit your reservation request for your specific travel dates.  If your specific travel dates are not available and you have no flexibility in your travel plans, you may use your “7-Day Change-of-Mind Guarantee” and request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.

Yes.  You can buy more than one of the same Flash Sale deal and combine them to create a longer stay.  For example, if you wish to stay 4 nights, you can purchase two, 2-night Flash Sale deals and combine them.  Simply let us know when you make your reservation request.

Whenever you are ready to confirm your travel dates, simply go to our page “How To Redeem Your Deal” and fill in the reservation request form.  Our reservations staff will confirm your reservation and reply with detailed information.  (Please note, travel that occurs within 72 hours of purchasing your Flash Sale deal may not be available).

None of the nights of your stay can fall during the Non-bookable dates.  For example, if the Non-bookable dates are “23 – 25 December” the final night of your stay can be no later than 22 December (you must check-out by 23 December) and the first day you could check-in after would be 26 December.

Changes

Our Flash Sale deals designate specific room types, however room upgrades may be available by contacting the hotel directly after you have confirmed your reservation dates.  Room changes are subject to availability and any price difference will be paid directly to the hotel.

All of our hotel Flash Sale deals include 2 persons.  If your travel party includes additional persons, you can contact the hotel directly after your booking has been confirmed and request to add a child to the booking.  Please note that change requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge from the hotel.

After you have confirmed your travel dates, you can contact the hotel directly to request changes such as an extra bed.  Any price difference will be paid directly to the hotel.  Please note that change requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge from the hotel.

Our Flash Sale deals are packaged to create the best possible value opportunities.  If the length of stay does not fit your specific travel requirements, we would be happy to provide a customized quotation for a traditional hotel booking at the best available rates.

Refunds

Yes.  You can get a refund for any reason within 7 days after you purchase your Flash Sale deal.

Yes.  Flash Sale deals are 100% refundable for 7 days after your purchase, and are partially-refundable until 4 weeks prior to the end of the Stay Period as long as you have not confirmed your travel dates.  Please see our Booking Conditions for full details.

Purchases

Discount codes can be used for any deal on our site, except Secret Deals and Last-Minute deals (because those deals are already priced even lower than our usual low rates).
